Everything from start to finish was taken care of and done as they said. Once the repairs were started, they were always here when promised and did a wonderful job! I absolutely recommend them to anyone finding themselves in a situation where their services are needed. This was a first for me and they made it much easier with all their help. Solved our problem immediately! When floods happen we all panic. I called as soon as I saw the wet carpet in my finished basement. Water was leaking from my a/c and I had a large area of carpet and padding that needed to be dried and changed before it got any worse. They removed the wet padding, then dried the carpet and replaced the padding. They even had to cut away the carpet from a doorway area and they re-laid the carpet perfectly as if nothing had ever happened. Friendly, efficient workers and great service.
